When you place a pre-order, please keep in mind that the expected fulfillment time is currently set at 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. For those who are awaiting their items, we anticipate that your orders will be fulfilled by March 1st. We understand how exciting it is to receive new pieces, and we are working hard to ensure that your items arrive as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will inform you of any changes. We want to keep you updated every step of the way. If for any reason you decide that you would like to cancel your order, rest assured that you are entitled to a full refund.

Items that are currently in stock and purchased with a pre-order item, will be shipped together. 

It’s also important to note that due to current limitations, Shopify does not support payment methods such as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay for pre-orders. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these payment options.
